Product Manager, Automation and AI-driven product development

I work with founders, startups and scaleups that need to grow a digital product. I join the team as a partner: I decide with you what is worth building and, when needed, I build it. From Milan, on-site or remote.

The three areas I work in

Fractional Product Management

Senior product depth inside your team, without a full-time hire. Before deciding what to build, I work with the team to frame the problem around business outcomes. Then we form solution hypotheses and validate them in the field: the roadmap takes shape from a sequence of evidence, not from a list of features to add.

Who it's for
Founders, startups and scaleups with a product to grow, but without a senior product person holding strategy and priorities together.
When to bring me in
When the roadmap keeps growing without results, requests come from every direction, and no one decides what is worth building and why.
What I deliver
  • Discovery and problem-space definition, with hypotheses validated alongside the people who use the product every day
  • Evidence-led roadmap and priorities, with clear learning goals at every release
  • Product structure, process and culture that stay with the team: I put people in a position to decide with more autonomy
Outcome
Less output, more outcome. At Facile.it, where I went from QA Specialist to first Product Manager, I designed and built the B2B platform for the consumer-credit brokerage network (case handling, digital signatures, commission calculation) across 300+ in-store collaborators: 80% adoption in two months, +25% conversions on proposals and around 150,000 euro a year saved.

AI automation

Process automation that starts from a service blueprint assessment, not from a tool. With n8n, Make or Zapier I design and build complex operational flows; with RAG and CAG I build knowledge bases and second brains that keep company know-how stored, updated and queryable when needed.

Who it's for
Teams losing time and margin on manual, repetitive processes, or with key knowledge scattered across people, files and tools.
When to bring me in
When manual operations no longer scale, or when know-how lives in a few people's heads and becomes a bottleneck every time it is needed.
What I deliver
  • n8n flows built to last: monitored, with error tracking and fixes, never left unattended
  • RAG/CAG knowledge bases that answer citing their sources, like the "AI version of me" on Slack the team used 80+ times while I was away
  • Cross-brand architectures with an internal dashboard for governance and operational monitoring
Outcome
Sturdier processes and less manual work. For Testbusters I designed the cross-brand n8n architecture for the post-purchase flows of 4 eCommerce stores (catalog feed, courier and third-party integrations): -35% on manual operations costs.

Product building

When needed, I do not stop at strategy: I build the product myself, with AI-assisted development. With AI-generated code the problem is not producing more of it, but understanding and reviewing decisions that pile up fast: that is why I work inside a governed process, keeping control of architecture, checks and quality.

Who it's for
Founders with an idea to take to release, or teams that need to ship without standing up a whole development department.
When to bring me in
When you need a product that works in production, not a presentation, and want one person who decides what to build and builds it.
What I deliver
  • Complete digital products, from discovery to release on modern stacks (Next.js, Supabase)
  • Headless replatforming and integrations, with technical and semantic SEO, data layer and GTM/GA4 tracking done right
  • Governed development with Tierward, my open-source framework (phased harness with mechanical gates on Claude Code): the AI generates, but control stays in your hands
Outcome
From idea to product in production. An internal platform I designed and built on my own for 1000+ collaborators (compensation, signatures, access, courses), with CSAT 4.8/5 one month after launch; for Testbusters, the headless replatforming of 4 eCommerce stores with +27% conversion YoY, -34% cart abandonment and +15.1% AOV.

Other areas

Around the product there are areas that often come up in support. I cover them with the same method, as a complement to the product work and not as a thing of their own.

How I work

  1. 01DiscoveryWe start from the problem. In one call we frame context, constraints and the real goal, before talking solutions.
  2. 02Hypotheses and scopingI form the first hypotheses and we set the scope: what to build, what not to, and how we will measure the result.
  3. 03DeliveryI work in small steps, with releases and validation demos. At each step we measure what works and adjust course.
  4. 04AutonomyThe work is done when the team can carry on alone: I leave you method, process and knowledge.

Every engagement starts from clear pricing, which you can find on the Pricing page: public rates and three formats, from spot to ongoing to project. We choose the right format together, based on the problem and the level of involvement.

The intro call is free: 60 minutes to frame the problem and see whether it makes sense to work together. Even without a fit, you leave with a clearer direction.
