The open-source product I build and maintain myself, born from my first experiences as a builder. The concrete proof of what I mean by AI builder: not just using AI, but channeling it into a process that stays reviewable and under control.
What it does
Tierward structures a rigorous development process on top of Claude Code and lets teams and individuals adopt AI coding incrementally, one tier at a time. Tiered pipelines, mechanical stop hooks that won't let a task be marked "done" until the tests pass, 24 audit skills, and an MCP server that exposes the governance state to any AI-aware client.
The principle stays simple: AI generates, but control stays in your hands. So whoever adopts it, solo or in a team, PM or developer, has the structure and knowledge of an entire product team behind them.
